With access to the Barbie™ archives, Danish fashion brand GESTUZ has created a capsule collection inspired by a series of iconic Barbie dolls from the 80s.
In their first ever Scandinavian fashion collaboration, Barbie granted access to their archives, unveiling a curated selection of iconic 80s Barbie dolls and designs: a time capsule of fashion and play. Rooted in Scandinavian effortless ease, GESTUZ brings a confident design attitude to the collaboration, balancing functionality with modern femininity. The new collection consists of 14 pieces designed to embody five iconic Barbie characters, representing not only the female empowerment at the core of both Barbie and GESTUZ, but also the strong 80s inspiration that is always part of the GESTUZ design identity.
